I just made my first Enchiladas,I have never tried them before,but when I saw an Enchilada Kit at the supermarket I just had to have it. I've made them like so: Chicken cutting,cheese grating,putting tomato sauce,spice mix and water in a bowl.
Awesome, I've never seen any Enchilada kits, the Enchiladas my grandma made were so simple, nothing extraordinaire but I just guess they were made with love and that was what made them so good. I'll send you the "secret" simple recipe later. How are you doing these days? I hope eveything is coming along fine. Today my mom came over for lunch, don't tell but she talks too much, I was sitting there just wishing she would eat something so she would be quiet =P hehe is that bad? Enchiladas are my favorite Spanish food!!! I tried making curry Enchiladas, just improvising from an existing recipe. I added curry powder to the chicken and made my own curry sauce. It was amazing!
Yummy! Enchiladas are one of my favorite dishes, my Mom makes some killer ones!
